FIT’s newest office and data center are situated in a 30,000 square foot sturdy building on a 13-acre campus in the middle of the Research Triangle Park. The property provides a lot of breadth for future scaling, using FIT’s exceptional modular data center concept, in order to expand the facility. Depending on business growth, FIT can build data centers as independent, reinforced bunkers inside the data center building without having to retrofit or disturb any data center operations going on at the time. It also lets FIT apply the most recent data center technologies by increasing the data center footprint.

Like FIT’s other data centers, this new one utilizes its extremely efficient and robust “Metro Data Center Cluster” and “Bunker-within-a-Bunker” infrastructure designs. The data center infrastructure is totally “2N” redundant throughout, provides reinforcements for both expected as well as unexpected downtimes without disruption in customer systems.
